These 100% Arabica beans are grown in high altitudes on rich volcanic soil in the hilly, tropical climates of Colombia. The coffee cherries are hand-picked and shipped to Canada to be roasted in small batches under the watchful eye of a master roaster. Then the coffee beans are cooled quickly and packaged without delay to lock in their natural characteristics and to maintain their fresh taste and aroma.
